Hector Bellerin v Dele Alli

We expect Arsenal’s Hector Bellerin could well win this one, with so many Gooners online.

Other challengers include Tottenham’s Dele Alli, who is also very popular in England.

And, Bayern Munich’s Renato Sanches can not be discounted either, having already won Euro 2016 and the Golden Boy trophy in this calendar year.

Perhaps Gianluigi Donnarumma is the best youngster of all in our top 20 rankings? After all, the AC Milan number one is surely one of the best goalkeeper prospects seen for some time.

Gabriel Jesus v Marcus Rashford

If we had to choose which player is the very best prospect, it would likely be between Gabriel Jesus and Marcus Rashford.

Jesus looks like a phenomenal player and has played a key role in the rise of Palmeiras to the Brazilian title and the amazing turnaround of the Brazil national team under Tite.

Whilst Marcus Rashford has had a quiet few weeks of late, the impact he made for both Manchester United and England at the end of 2015/2016 was simply staggering.

Mor, Dembele, Keita…

Or perhaps you are a big fan of Leroy Sane, Emre Mor, Ousmane Dembele – or even Naby Keita from surprise Bundesliga leaders RB Leipzig.

Fascinating times, which makes these Don Balon lists so interesting year after year.
