Porto topped their group unbeaten, before ousting Gil Vicente in the quarters last week.
Back in the league, Porto cannot afford to fall any further behind Benfica.
Arouca meantime could be their opponents in the Taça da Liga Final on 28 January.
Arouquenses finished first in Group G on goal difference, before a comeback 2-1 victory over Moreirense in last Friday’s quarter-final.
In the Primeira Liga, Armando Evangelista’s team are currently tenth, on course for their highest finish since 2016.
