Will Aberdeen get back to winning ways?

Last time out, the Dons were beaten 3-1 at Easter Road by Hibs, despite taking a fourth minute lead through Luís Lopes.

The Cape Verde international, known as Duk, had also given his team the lead in Dingwall in their previous outing, spectacularly doing so in the 88th minute.

However, the Dons failed to win that match too, with Ross County equalising with the last kick of the afternoon.

So, Jim Goodwin’s side are without a victory since August, slipping down to seventh in the table.

Kilmarnock meanwhile kick off in the relegation play-off spot, having only won once since being crowned Championship champions.

This will be a special day for visiting manager Derek McInnes.

He took charge of Aberdeen 378 times across eight years, leading them to four cup finals, lifting the League Cup in 2014.

There will be no room for sentiment at Pittodrie, with Aberdeen confident of a home victory.
