4 Sorare Serie A gems for Gameweek 371

Gameweek 371 sees AC Milan travel to Spezia in a game that affects both ends of the table, newly-crowned champions Napoli face Monza and Lazio kick off the action at home to Lecce.

Lazio have lost three of their last four matches which has seen their grip on a top four place slip to the extent where they are just two points clear of Milan in fifth and will look to bounce back against a Lecce side looking over their shoulders at the bottom three.

101 Great Goals has looked at the data to see which players you should consider picking for the week ahead in your Sorare Serie A team, analysing the most in-form players judging by their last five average scores and looked at who each player is to come up against in the next gameweek to suggest who you should pick in your side.

Goalkeeper

Vanja

Torino have the best defensive record of teams in the bottom half of Serie A with 39 goals conceded in 34 matches this season, and Vanja has scored respectably all season. Those scores have improved of late, with a 64 and a 62 in his last two outings, and an 82 four games ago which all contribute to an impressive last five (L5) average rating of 57, marking him out as one of the in-form goalkeepers in the league. With a trip to Verona coming up, Torino will hope for another solid defensive display that will see Vanja score well once more.

Defender

Federico Dimarco

Inter Milan’s Federico Dimarco is an intriguing selection, having played large chunks of this season in a more advanced role as part of Inter’s 3-5-2. This gives him a licence to attack and produce more attacking returns than the average defender in the category. As a result, he has good scores over the L40 (55) and L15 (51) but it is in the L5 where he really stands out, scoring an average of 63 points per game. With Inter in good form – they won five games on the bounce prior to their Champions League semi-final – and a home game against Sassuolo to come, Dimarco’s form could continue.

Midfielder

Nicolas Dominguez

Bologna midfielder Nicolas Dominguez is the most in-form midfielder in Sorare Serie A, with two goals in his last four games playing a part in his recent good scores. The attacking midfielder earned a perfect score of 100 in the win over Hellas Veronas in Gameweek 365 and while he has not hit those heights since, scores of 52, 39 and 65 contribute to a very good average of 63 in his L5. GW371 is not straightforward for Bologna with a home game against Roma to come, but Jose Mourinho’s side are out of form and without a win in four so it is likely to be as good a time as any to take advantage by picking someone like Dominguez.
