4 Sorare MLS gems for Gameweek 373

Gameweek 373 sees Rivalry Week continue in MLS with Cincinnati and Seattle Sounders looking to strengthen their positions at the top of their respective conferences.

Sounders face Vancouver on Sunday, while Cincinnati are at home to Columbus Crew, while Inter Miami take on Orlando City, Philadelphia take on New England and Houston travel to Dallas in a pick of the other fixtures.

101 Great Goals has looked at the data to see which players you should consider picking for the week ahead in your Sorare MLS team, analysing the most in-form players judging by their last five average scores and looked at who each player is to come up against in the next gameweek to suggest who you should pick in your side.

Goalkeeper

Jonathan Sirois

Only one team has conceded more goals than Montreal’s total of 20 in 15 games so far this season, but despite that Sirois is still pulling in good points totals. Goalkeepers in Sorare tend to score highly the more they have to do and in his first season of MLS, Sirois has made 37 saves already and will expect to be busy once again against a New York RB side fresh from a win over their city rivals last week. Sirois has been in good form in Sorare too. Despite returning a 24 during the week, his previous four scores were 74, 82, 64 and 60 to give him a last five (L5) average rating of 61.

Defender

John Tolkin

The full-back turned midfielder has had a good start to the season in what is a struggling RB side. With four assists to his name he has already equalled last season’s attacking contributions figure, which was the best of his career to date and he continues to threaten in attack in a team that has scored just eight goals all season – with Tolkin responsible for creating half. After missing back-to-back games, he returned with an 87, 51, 77, 58 and 50 before his last outing against Toronto produced a near-perfect 99 to give him a stunning L5 of 67 and L15 of 63.

Midfielder

Evander

The Brazilian midfielder has enjoyed a fine start to his time at Portland Timbers and looks like he could prove to be one of the signings of the close season. With four goals and two assists to his name already, he has six goal contributions and already looks to be a key part of Portland’s attacking setup. His scores in Sorare have been good too, returning successive scores of 78, 78 and 82 before dropping down with a 41 in the goalless draw with Real Salt Lake. With a home game against Minnesota, Evander will fancy his chances of another high score.
