Newcastle and Leeds United are both interested in signing PSV Eindhoven's Noni Madueke this summer, with the former Tottenham academy winger having impressed last season in the Eredivisie.

The 20-year-old moved to the Netherlands in 2018, and has made 70 appearances for the senior side in the time since, scoring 18 times and grabbing 14 assists in the process.

And the forward has been linked with a return to England in the seasons since, with Tottenham one of the clubs thought to be keen on bringing him back to the Premier League,

They are not alone, however. Leicester City, Wolves, Leeds United, Everton and Newcastle are all keen on exploring a potential move for the Englishman, who has featured four times for the Young Lions.

An option for Arsenal?

A left-footed right winger, Madueke fits the profile that the Gunners are looking for this summer, with Mikel Arteta and co. seemingly set to miss out on Leeds United winger Raphinha.

Arsenal are already on course to raid the Netherlands once this summer, with a deal for Ajax defender Lisandro Martinez being discussed after the Gunners submitted a third bid, but they are still keen to find competent backup for Bukayo Saka, who played the fifth-most minutes of any forward last season in the English top flight.

There are certainly alternatives, and while the 20 year old may not yet be the finished product, he could certainly be one to keep an eye on for the future.
