Harry Kane jokes about his relationship with Tottenham’s Heung-min Son

Tottenham duo Heung-min Son and Harry Kane are the best partnership in Premier League history.

That is not opinion, but an actual fact backed up by stats. After a slow start to 2021/22, Kane has now scored 12 and assisted eight in 31 Premier League ties for Spurs.

Son, meanwhile, has scored 17 and assisted seven in 29 PL ties for the Lilywhites this campaign.

And, after Kane and Son played their 183rd Premier League game together last month, the pair broke a Premier League record.

Before 2021/22, Chelsea duo Frank Lampard and Didier Drogba had combined for the most Premier League goals (36).

Now, after Kane’s last assist for Son came vs Aston Villa, the pair have combined for a staggering 40 league goals.

“I probably spend more time with Son than I do with my wife at the moment, to be honest,” Kane said.

Brentford vs Tottenham

Tottenham fans will be hopeful Kane and Son’s partnership continues to flourish this weekend as well.

Tottenham take on Brentford in Saturday’s late Premier League kick-off.

The tie is a must-win for Spurs as they look to put some distance between themselves and the rest of the top-four-chasing sides.
