Crystal Palace Team News
- Out: Wilfried Zaha, Vicente Guaita, Nathaniel Clyne
- Doubt: Nathan Ferguson
Roy Hodgson’s magic touch has come good for Crystal Palace since the veteran English manager returned to south London in a temporary capacity after the Eagles parted ways with Patrick Vieira, with the 75-year-old presiding over three wins from three since his appointment while Palace now sits in relative comfort outside of the bottom three and look destined for safety.
To take on relegation-threatened Everton at the weekend, Hodgson will, unfortunately, be without star winger Wilfried Zaha who remains sidelined due to a recurring groin problem. Former England right-back Nathaniel Clyne is also ruled out on account of a knee injury. First-choice keeper Vicente Guaita misses out, too, as he continues to deal with a calf problem. Nathan Ferguson could return, however, but will face a late assessment. Should he pass fit, he will likely not be forced into the XI.
