Predicted Chelsea line-up vs RB Salzburg

N’Golo Kante

Last week, Chelsea were dealt the major blow of losing N’Golo Kante to another injury.

The Frenchman suffered a thigh injury and the Blues have confirmed that he is now out until after the World Cup.

Jorginho, Kovacic, Loftus-Cheek and Zakaria are the remaining options.

Kalidou Koulibaly

Chelsea will again be without Kalidou Koulibaly leaving them very light in defence.

The defender sat out of the Blues’ 1-1 draw with Manchester United on the weekend.

He has been struggling with a knee injury and will miss tonight’s trip to Austria.

Although, Potter has revealed that the Senegalese international is expected back in training later this week.

Reece James

Reece James is facing a very tight race to make it to the World Cup.

The wing-back is set to miss around two months with a knee injury.

For Chelsea, he is very unlikely to feature again until after the tournament.

Azpilicueta is the player who has been covering the 22-year-old.

Wesley Fofana

Wesley Fofana is another player that the Blues have lost until after the World Cup.

The Frenchman suffered a knee injury in their 3-0 win over AC Milan at the start of the month.

Chelsea have now been left light in defence, especially with Koulibaly also missing.
