It's the Western Conference leaders, up against the side who've dominated the silverware in this division in recent seasons.

LAFC lifted the Supporters' Shield in 2019, just their second-ever season, and lead the way in the race for that trophy once again.

Last time out, before the international break, Steve Cherundolo's side battled to a 3-2 victory over Californian rivals San Jose Quakes.

Seattle Sounders meanwhile have been the west's champions, via the play-offs, in four of the last six seasons, claiming two MLS Cups.

Earlier this season, Brian Schmetzer's side became the first MLS winners of CONCACAF Champions League since 2000, hammering U.N.A.M in the final.
