Match Preview

After an uncertain start, Luton are now five games unbeaten but on the back of successive draws having been held 0-0 away at struggling West Brom, days after an entertaining 3-3 draw at another relegation-threatened side, Huddersfield.

It marked two missed opportunities for the Hatters who could in theory be in the top six had they converted those draws into wins, and now face a tough run starting with QPR before a testing run against Norwich, Watford, Sunderland and Reading.

QPR are one of the form teams in the league with three wins on the bounce and five games unbeaten in total after Lyndon Dykes’ late penalty winner was enough to help them get past Reading.

They’re now level on points with Sheffield United and Norwich and could surpass them with a positive result at Kenilworth Road to cap what has already been a remarkable and unexpected season, and will fancy themselves to get three points on Saturday, but they will be made to work hard for it.
