Neil Critchley’s men have been draw specialists of late, with each of their last three, and four of their last five, ending up all square.
This includes last weekend, when Swansea City left Loftus Road with a point, despite Jamal Lowe giving the home side the lead.
So, having won just once since 22 October, QPR are very much marooned in mid-table.
Hill City meantime were defeated 1-0 in their last outing, beaten by Sheffield United in a Friday night fixture at Bramall Lane.
Liam Rosenior’s side enjoyed back-to-back wins either-side of New Years’, against Birmingham and then Wigan away, but haven’t won in front of their own supporters since 5 October.
