Gareth Bale spotted at Man United 1 – Real Madrid 2, praises former Spurs pal Luka Modric

Just a couple of days after scoring for Spurs in the north London derby, Gareth Bale was spotted outside Old Trafford on Tuesday evening as he went to watch Real Madrid’s 2-1 Champions League win over Manchester United.

Bale has made no secret of his admiration for Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo with the Spurs forward often declaring that he rates the Portuguese forward as the best player in the world.

Los Blancos have long been linked with a move for Bale, who has scored seven goals in his last nine Tottenham matches and Marca once again splash with the news that the Welsh flyer was at Old Trafford.

Marca suggest, yet again, that Bale is the number one target for Real Madrid president Florentino Perez.

After the match, Bale Tweeted on the result, his former Spurs team mate Luka Modric, who’s introduction changed the game and Ryan Giggs.
