Barcelona want to announce the signing of İlkay Gündoğan after Saturday’s Champions League final, according to Mundo Deportivo.

Barça are just working on the final details to secure the German midfielder on a free transfer.

Gündoğan is enjoying the form of his life right now having scored a brace in the FA Cup final and produced several stellar performances to help clinch the Premier League title.

The Spanish champions also want to sign his fellow countryman Joshua Kimmich.

But Gündoğan looks all set to be announced as their first summer signing.
