Sampdoria are once again desperate for a win in Serie A with Serie B football for next season seemingly growing stronger by the week as the home side welcomes Bologna to Genoa on Saturday afternoon.
Sampdoria remain in 19th in Serie A and Dejan Stanković’s men have an awful lot of work to do in order to get out of the bottom three. Because of the improved form from sides like Sassuolo and Salernitana, the club remain eight points adrift of safety.
