This season is only a week old, but it’s already been eventful for Rangers, and the big games just keep on coming.

Michael Beale’s team had to respond quickly, welcoming Servette to Glasgow for the first leg of their Champions League third qualifying round tie on Tuesday.
Rangers started that match like a house on fire, racing into a 2-0 lead after just 15 minutes, with James Tavernier converted a penalty, before Cyriel Dessers bundled home from close-range.
However, Sam Lammers then squandered a golden opportunity to make it three before, right on the cusp of half time, the Swiss side got back into the match, converting a soft penalty.
Just before the hour mark, Servette were reduced to ten-men, but Rangers could not make their man advantage count, only managing to win 2-1.
Thus, the tie is still firmly in the balance, ahead of the return leg at Stade de Genève this forthcoming Tuesday, with both clubs desperate to reach the play-off round, where PSV almost certainly await.
Before that huge game, especially given that they slipped-up last week, Rangers cannot afford to drop points here.
Visitors Livingston meantime did get off the mark on Saturday, holding Aberdeen to a very uneventful goalless draw at the Tony Macaroni Arena.
