The September international break was a terrible one for FC Barcelona.

Jules Kounde is also expected to be out for some time after being injured with France, whilst Roland Araujo is expected to be out until after the 2022 World Cup.
The Uruguayan was forced to undergo surgery after being injured on international duty.
This leaves Xavi very light at the back and without two of his top defenders.
Now, speaking ahead of his side’s return to league action, the Barca manager said: “The injuries have been a disgrace. More precaution is needed, more prevention, more communication with the national teams... But there is no common cause, it’s been an accumulation of multiple factors.”
Barcelona are set to face off with Mallorca on Saturday evening in a La Liga clash.
Barca head into the weekend’s action sat second in the league table, two points off Real Madrid who have won their opening six games of the campaign.
As for Mallorca, they are currently 10th, having won two, drawn two and lost two.
It is a tie Barcelona are expected to win, but the spate of injuries at the Camp Nou may impact their form going forward.
