‘What’s happened to him? – Leeds fans express concern over key performer after Norwich win

‘What’s happened to him? – Leeds fans express concern over key performer after Norwich win

The Leeds United faithful have taken to social media in numbers this evening, to reveal their concerns with the form of Jack Harrison.

Rodrigo decides it

Marcelo Bielsa’s men made their return to action a short time ago.

After being ousted from the League Cup in disappointing fashion by Arsenal in midweek, the Whites turned their attentions back towards matters on the Premier League front, with a trip to Carrow Road.

Leeds headed into the matchup aware that a positive result was an absolute must, on the back of just a solitary victory from their first nine outings of the campaign.

And, to their credit, when all was said and done, get a 2nd win on the board is precisely what the visitors managed.

A hard-fought affair, during which both sides struggled for quality, eventually culminated in a 2-1 final scoreline.

On the back of a dismal opening 45 minutes, the clash was ultimately decided in the space of a chaotic five-minute spell early in the 2nd-half, as Raphinha’s opener was cancelled out by Andrew Omobamidele, only for Rodrigo’s long-range effort to somehow make its way under the body of Tim Krul:

‘What’s happened?’

As outlined above, though, amid a largely positive afternoon’s work for Leeds, the club’s supporters could not help but express their uneasiness with the form of one player in particular.

Whilst the Peacocks, as a collective, hardly set the world alight versus Norwich, the struggles of Jack Harrison proved of genuine concern.

The wide-man, of late, has looked a shell of the once-explosive performer to have lit up the left flank in west Yorkshire over the last couple of seasons, with the Leeds faithful, evidently based on the reaction across social media, having taken full notice:
