Manchester United transfer news: Kane blow, six players up for sale & more

Here is all the latest Manchester United transfer news.

First up, Manchester United are looking to sign their next lead marksman after the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo from Old Trafford.

Harry Kane is on top of their targets list. However, now The Times reports, that Tottenham are only willing to sell their all-time top scorer to a non-Premier League side, which could be bad news for Manchester United.

Next, Manchester United are in advanced contract renewal talks with Diogo Dalot amid interest from Barcelona, according to Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo.

The Portuguese was in fine form during the first half of the campaign and is currently hoping to recover from his injury in the near future so that he can restore his starting spot from Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

Elsewhere, AS has reported that Manchester United are closely monitoring Yannick Carrasco from Atletico Madrid. The Belgian international could be intrigued by a change in scenery as Los Rojiblancos are filled with forwards in their attack department.

Barcelona hold a €20m purchase option on the 29-year-old, but it is unlikely that they pay that fee for Carrasco considering their financial woes.

Finally, The Mirror has reported that Manchester United are looking to get rid of six players in order to facilitate the transfer of Harry Kane and Declan Rice. United are looking to offload Harry Maguire, Anthony Martial, Scott McTominay, Donny van de Beek, Eric Bailly, and Alex Telles to bring in money to fund the transfer.
