The Red Devils began their summer spending by agreeing a deal to sign England midfielder Mason Mount from Chelsea on a five-year contract for £55m, plus £5m in add-ons.
They then completed the £47.2m signing of goalkeeper Andre Onana from Inter Milan last month.
Their latest bit of business saw them snap up Rasmus Hojlund from Atalanta for an initial £64m plus £8m in add-ons.
The next player on Manchester United’s shopping list is seemingly Fiorentina midfielder, Sofyan Amrabat.
According to The Athletic, Manchester United are working on a deal to sign Sofyan Amrabat before the transfer window closes later this week.
Man United have been linked with Amrabat all summer and are now attempting to agree a loan deal for the Morocco international.
Ryan Gravenerch of Bayern Munich was also considered but United have honed their focus on Amrabat as they look to further strengthen Erik ten Hag’s squad this week.
Amrabat has made 107 appearances for Fiorentina, scoring one and assisting one.
