Arsenal can land €100m midfielder in cut-price deal

It has been clear for much of the campaign that Arsenal are in need of fresh legs in midfield.

Granit Xhaka and Thomas Partey are a solid midfield duo, but if either player misses a game, the quality that comes is not great.

We saw this once more on Friday when Fabio Vieira started alongside Thomas Partey in place of an ill Granit Xhaka.

Arsenal drew the game 3-3 and in the process all but handed Manchester City the Premier League title despite spending the majority of the campaign top of the league.

Now, it is being reported that Valencia are bracing themselves for summer interest in midfield star Yunus Musah, with a host of Premier League clubs ready to offer him a route back to England

It is added that Arsenal are one of the clubs keeping a close eye on Valencia and Musah’s situation.

The midfielder has a €100m release clause in his current contract, but due to Valencia’s financial troubles, it is understood the Spanish side would not be able to say no to any substantial offer.
