Arne Slot wants Orkun Kökçü to be his first signing at Tottenham, according to the Daily Mail.

The midfielder is valued at around £40 million.

In 45 apperances, he netted 12 goals and got five assists in all compeitons this season.

Liverpool are also tracking the 22-year-old.
