This past season, meanwhile, Arsenal challenged for the title and finished 2nd, securing Champions League football for the first time since 2017.
Arteta, along with Edu Gaspar, has built one of the youngest, most talented squads in the Premier League, which is sure to win trophies in the coming years.
Losing Arteta would be a big blow to their ongoing project, but they seemingly have nothing to worry about right now.

As previously revealed, Arsenal had high confidence on all of those extensions, and Saliba, who has agreed terms now, will be finalised and announced soon.”
