Real Madrid fans send collective message to Toni Kroos after Cadiz

The German was in fine form once more this evening

Supporters of Spanish giants Real Madrid have taken to social media on Thursday evening, to send a collective message to a key member of the club’s first-team setup.

Los Blancos, of course, were back in action a short time ago.

Fresh off a first defeat of the La Liga campaign last time out, Carlo Ancelotti’s troops welcomed Cadiz to the Santiago Bernabeu, eyeing an immediate return to winning ways amid efforts to track down Clasico rivals Barcelona at the summit of Spain’s top-flight.

And, when all was said and done, get swiftly back on track is precisely what Real went on to do.

This came owing to a 2-1 triumph, courtesy of goals on the part of Eder Militao and Toni Kroos either side of the interval.

And, on the back of the full-time whistle at the Bernabeu, it is the name of the latter which has since taken its place front and centre in the headlines.

Kroos, as alluded to above, both netted Real’s crucial 2nd of the night versus Cadiz, and teed up Militao’s opener.

Such contributions came amid a stellar all-round individual display on the part of the German, who conducted proceedings from his berth in the middle of the park with typical class and poise.

In turn, post-match, the Blancos faithful have flooded to social media, to send a collective plea to their beloved midfield star.

Ahead of the expiration of his contract upon the close of the campaign, and with Kroos having long made clear that he is taking into serious consideration hanging up his boots, the 32-year-old has been urged to put to bed any remaining speculation surrounding his future by penning fresh terms in Spain’s capital:
