Barcelona star Raphinha has, on Thursday night, sent an apology message to all associated with the club.
This comes owing to his behaviour in the club’s latest outing.
Brazilian wide-man Raphinha, of course, grabbed the headlines in Catalunya earlier this evening, during the club’s Europa League showdown with Manchester United.
En route to an eventual 2-2 stalemate, the former Leeds United standout bagged both a goal and an assist, amid a fine all-round display.

An otherwise stellar night’s work for Raphinha, however, was soured late on at the Camp Nou.
This came upon boss Xavi surprising the masses, in opting to haul the gifted wide-man – who looked the hosts’ biggest threat – off for Ferran Torres.
Speaking to the media post-match, it therefore came as little surprise when the subject of his evident frustration was put to the 26-year-old himself.
And Raphinha, to his credit, was quick to issue an apology message to all of manager Xavi, fellow wide-man Torres, the rest of his teammates and even Barcelona’s supporters:
Raphinha: “I’ve already spoken to Xavi, I take this opportunity to apologise to everyone, to the coach again, to Ferran, to the team and to the fans, but sometimes you want to help so much that you go through moments that you can’t control. I made a mistake and I apologise.” pic.twitter.com/tNaqOPHVJv
