Joao Felix’s stance on Chelsea future revealed

Chelsea could sign Joao Felix on a permanent basis this summer.

Felix made his debut for Chelsea back in January in a 2-1 loss to Fulham.

The forward had a bright start to the game and looked a shrewd signing by the Blues.

However, Felix was shown a straight red card after 58 minutes of the match and missed Chelsea’s proceeding three Premier League matches.

He then returned to action vs West Ham and scored the Blues’ only goal of the game.

After his four outings for Chelsea to date, there is already talk of a permanent deal.

Now, Fabrizio Romano has provided an update on Felix’s stance regarding a permanent stay in west London:

“He just wants to play and focus on football now, full focus is on Chelsea and not on other clubs.”

FC Barcelona are also said to be interested in signing the Portuguese this summer.
