How Man United’s Alejandro Garnacho aimed a parting shot at Pedri and Barcelona

The latest social media activity on the part of Manchester United starlet Alejandro Garnacho has piqued widespread attentions on Friday.

This comes after the talented attacker opted to aim digs at both Barcelona, and fellow prodigy Pedri.

Garnacho and United, of course, went toe-to-toe with La Liga table-toppers Barca a little over 24 hours ago.

After being held to a 2-2 stalemate at the Camp Nou a week ago, the Red Devils welcomed Xavi Hernandez’s troops to Old Trafford, eyeing a spot in the Last-16 of the Europa League.

And, when all was said and done in Manchester, this is precisely what the evening’s hosts went on to secure.

This came as 2nd-half goals on the part of Fred and Antony cancelled out Robert Lewandowski’s early spot-kick, en route to a 2-1 United triumph.

As alluded to above, though, it was not enough for United’s explosive young wide-man simply to send sending the Blaugrana packing from Europe for the campaign.

In addition, Garnacho – who was born and raised in Madrid – was sure to poke fun at the Spanish giants post-match.

Taking to his official Instagram account, the 18-year-old unveiled a post, featuring a photo of himself, accompanied by the caption ‘The big team goes through’.

Not only that, but, in the image in question, Garnacho can also be seen making use of Barcelona counterpart Pedri’s trademark celebration:
