UK & Ireland set to stage Euro 2028

UEFA have confirmed that Turkey have joined Italy in their bid to host Euro 2032.

Turkey were one of the main contenders to stage the tournament in 2028, rivalling the UK and Ireland.

However, they have now merged with Italy’s bid to host in 2032, which could be great news for the UK and Ireland.

Turkey remain a contender for the 2028 tournament, but it is now expected that the UK and Ireland’s bid will instead be successful.
