Liverpool faced off with Brentford in a Premier League clash on Monday evening.
Liverpool were looking to regain some ground on the top-four ahead of the game, but things did not work out too well.
The Reds fell to a 3-1 defeat at the hands of Brentford and are likely to drift further away from the top-four over the coming days.
Following the game, Liverpool forward Darwin Nunez, who joined the club for big money from Benfica over the summer, was trolled by Dominos.
Nunez has gone seven games without finding the target for club and country, with nobody missing more big chances in the Premier League this season, and he drew another blank in a 3-1 defeat at Brentford when seeing one gilt-edged chance cleared off the line and another – when he actually found the net – ruled out for offside.
And after the game, Dominos took to Twitter to tweet: “Sorry if we’ve missed any orders tonight, we’ve just had this guy start” with a picture of Darwin Nunez attached.
