A potentially significant update on the future of Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane has come to the fore on Saturday evening.
And the news will no doubt be met with concern on the part of the Spurs faithful.
The name of frontman Kane has of course taken its place front and centre in the media headlines in north London once more across the summer to date.
This comes amid widespread reports that this past season may well represent the 29-year-old’s last with his long-time club.
To this point, German heavyweights Bayern Munich have been widely labelled the leading contenders for his signature, with Kane himself understood to be keen on the prospect of a move to the Allianz Arena.

This comes amid fresh claims on Saturday that the Englishman’s partner recently paid a trip to Munich.
As per German transfer expert Christian Falk:
