Lyon will be looking to matin their 1-0 goal lead following their win in Portugal last week.
Lucas Paquetá scored the only goal of the game to give the French club the advantage.
However, they suffered a bad defeat over the weekend as they were beaten 4-2 by Stade Rennes.
Lyon are having a poor domestic season as they are currently 10th in Ligue 1.

FC Porto maintained their six-point lead at the top of the Primeira Liga with a win over Tondela last Sunday.
The league leaders produced a comfortable victory as they won 4-0.
Meanwhile, their defeat in the Europa League last week was their first in all competitions in 18 matches.
Sérgio Conceição's side must now travel to Lyon to overturn the 1-goal defecit.
