Two giants of German football will meet at the BayArena this weekend when Bayer Leverkusen play hosts Bayern Munich with the home side just about in the top half of the table as the champions sit second.

Xabi Alonso’s side now sit ninth and behind Eintracht Frankfurt by six points, although a win here would seriously ignite their hopes of a spot in Europe for next season.
