Will Leicester finish the season on a high?
On Thursday night, the Foxes held Chelsea to a 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge, taking the lead through James Maddison’s sumptuous early strike.
This saw the Foxes’ decent form continue, following on from emphatic victories over already relegated Norwich and Watford, 3-0 and 5-1 respectively.
So, Brendan Rodgers’ side are up to ninth, despite being 14th just three weeks ago, and could leapfrog Wolves in eighth on the final day.
Of course, this season will be remembered for the fact Leicester reached a European semi-final for the very first time.
They beat Randers, Stade Rennais and PSV Eindhoven in the Europa Conference League, before eventually falling to Roma in the semi-finals.
So, Rodgers’ team will not be back in UEFA competition next season, but this campaign has far from been the catastrophe it’s often portrayed as.
Southampton meantime sit 15th, just five clear of the bottom three, only one point above an Everton side who’ve endured a horrendous campaign.
Ralph Hasenhüttl’s team were beaten again on Tuesday, this time 2-1 to Liverpool, despite Nathan Redmond’s stunning opener in that one.
This means they’ve now dropped 29 points from winning position this season, the most in a single campaign since Spurs’ tally of 33 in 2007/08.
Overall, the Saints have only won one of their last 12 games in all competitions, losing eight of those.
If the season had lasted much longer, they could well have been dragged into a relegation scrap, but will survive for an 11th successive campaign in the top-flight.
Southampton’s summer activities, regarding Hasenhüttl and player ins-and-out, will be fascinating to follow.
In terms of this game, the Saints have won two of their last three games at the King Power, despite only winning two of their previous 16 visits to the East Midlands.
Nevertheless, it’s Leicester who will fancy their chances of a victory in this one.
Leicester City team news

Youri Tielemans and James Justin sat out the midweek trip to Chelsea due to a slight knock and illness respectively.
If the Belgian midfielder isn’t back, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and James Maddison will continue alongside Nampalys Mendy with Wilfried Ndidi sidelined.
Brendan Rodgers switched to a back five for that one, drafting in Daniel Amartey, but is likely to revert to a flat back four this time.
Jamie Vardy, who’s scored 16 goals so far this season, was partnered by Kelechi Ịheanachọ in attack at Stamford Bridge.
However, if the shape chances, wingers Ademola Lookman and Harvey Barnes are in pole position to return.

Armando Broja has impressed on loan from Chelsea this season, scoring nine goals, although the last of those was on 2 March.
Nathan Redmond, Nathan Tella and Mohamed Elyounoussi completed Tuesday’s attack, but Stuart Armstrong, Adam Armstrong or Ché Adams could come in.
Oriol Romeu could return in midfield, alongside James Ward-Prowse who’ll be looking to add to his ten goals this season, his best tally to date.
At the back, Mohammed Salisu and Lyanco have established themselves as regulars in recent weeks.
Alex McCarthy made his first appearance since 4 December against Liverpool and, with Fraser Forster out of contract, he’ll don the gloves again.
