West Ham United team news and predicted XI vs Bournemouth

West Ham United Team News

  • Out: Gianluca Scamacca
  • Doubt: Angelo Ogbonna

West Ham United comes into the weekend under David Moyes on the back of two credible results against Fulham (W) and Arsenal (D) in recent weeks, which comes in stark contrast to the reality of the ongoing 2022-23 Premier League campaign; the real possibility of relegation. With the Hammers just four points clear of safety and owning a squad that has considerably underperformed all season, every point counts for the capital side for the remainder of term, and face a tricky tie away at a Bournemouth side in much better form by comparison.

Moyes remains without Gianluca Scamacca for their trip south to Vitality Stadium on the back of the Italian still recovering from a knee operation. Center-back Angelo Ogbonna was not in the XI or anywhere in the squad during the club’s Conference League clash with KAA Gent in midweek on account of a back injury, and will face a late assessment to gauge any possible involvement on Sunday.
