Revealed: Chelsea board’s stance on Graham Potter after Tottenham defeat

Chelsea once again fell to defeat during the weekend’s Premier League action.

An insight into the future of Graham Potter at Chelsea has been provided on Sunday afternoon.

Chelsea were in league action vs Tottenham in north London this weekend.

The Blues headed into the game on the back of 1-0 defeats to Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League and Southampton in the Premier League.

Before that, Chelsea had won just one game all year and were seriously struggling for goals.

Unfortuently for Chelsea fans, nothing changed vs their London rivals as Spurs ran out 2-0 winners on the day.

It was a fairly tight first 45 with neither side creating too much. However, an Oliver Skipp strike 19 seconds after the break put Tottenham in front.

Chelsea are now sitting 10th in the table and a full 14 points off the Champions League places.

Despite this, it has been reported post-Tottenham that Chelsea’s owners retain their faith and patience in Graham Potter and there are no plans to sack the Chelsea manager tonight:
