Jurgen Klopp spoke to the media on Friday afternoon ahead of Liverpool’s next outing.
Liverpool will face off with Tottenham at Anfield in Saturday’s late Premier League kick-off.
Ahead of the clash, Klopp discussed a number of topics in his pre-match presser, admitting that Spurs are set to pose a ‘massive test’ to his side: “Massive test. We know it will be difficult. Tottenham have massive quality, some of the best counter-attacking players in the world.”

Klopp also spoke out about facing Real Madrid in this year’s Champions League final: “When we lost that [2018] final, my favourite solution would have been let’s play the final against Real Madrid the next year… “It seems to be our destiny. But if you knock out PSG, Chelsea, Man City, you deserve to be in the final.”

Liverpool vs Tottenham
Liverpool’s meeting with Tottenham is of course a huge one for the Merseysiders, with any sort of slip up likely to cost them a shot at the Premier League title.
The Reds head into the weekend’s action sitting 2nd in the Premier League, one point adrift of Manchester City with four games left to play.
As for Tottenham, they put an end to their mini rut by downing Leicester City 3-1 last time out.
Elsewhere, Manchester City are due to take on Newcastle United on Sunday the 8th of May, with the Magpies, as was the case against Liverpool, expected to prove a tough nut to crack.
