Supporters of Spanish giants Barcelona have flooded to social media on Thursday evening, to send a message to the club, regarding Franck Kessie.
The name of midfielder Kessie, of course, has taken its place front and centre in the media headlines over the course of the week to date.
This comes amid widespread reports that, just half a season on from his arrival, the Ivorian could be in line for a Camp Nou departure.
Amid interest on Barca’s part in Inter Milan standout Marcelo Brozovic, Kessie has been tipped as a potential makeweight in a deal for the Croatian.

Late on Thursday, however, droves of Blaugrana fans have spoken out against such a move.
This comes owing to Kessie’s latest display.

In turn, post-match, calls have mounted for Kessie to not only stay put, but be rewarded with a more consistent run in Barca’s engine room moving forward:

No need to let go of Kessie. First season give him time. Still quite young and a solid option to have. Different profile to what suits us but he can adapt.
