Bruno Fernandes says the current malaise at Manchester United is βnot okayβ and any player who thinks it is should be moved on.
United slumped to a dismal 3-1 defeat at home to Brighton yesterday, their sixth loss in their last nine league games, after which head coach Ruben Amorim admitted it was maybe the βworst team in the history of Manchester Unitedβ.
Amorimβs side were again rudderless and captain Fernandes is demanding the players sort it out, and quickly.
He told Sky Sports: βI understand the perspective from the outside. But we canβt be comfortable in thinking that this is okay. Itβs not.
βIβm not here to lose games and be in the position we are in at the moment. But I know that no-one in that dressing room is and if someone is, they canβt be here.β

Brightonβs win continued their domination of United. The Seagulls have now won six of their last seven meetings including all three at Old Trafford, not that that was of interest to Portugal midfielder Fernandes.
He added: βIt doesnβt matter to me. Itβs another loss to us. It doesnβt matter how many times theyβve won against us.
βI remember in the past where they havenβt won a game here. Thatβs not going to change anything.
βThe main thing that is going change for us is we didnβt get the three points today. Congratulations to them, they did a good game and they deservedly won the game.β
United have the chance to bounce back on Thursday night when they host Rangers in the Europa League. Their next league game comes next Sunday at Fulham.
