Tricky start for Arsenal
Arsenal face a difficult couple of games after meeting the Sky Blues with a trip to Aston Villa on August 29 followed by a home game with Chelsea.
They visit Liverpool on October 31 and host last season’s runners-up Manchester City on November 28. The return clash with City is on January 30.
City, who have yet to confirm Enzo Maresca as Pep Guardiola’s replacement, visit Bournemouth on the opening weekend and finish their campaign at the Stadium of Light in Sunderland.
Neighbours United have been given a dream start as they seek to continue the impressive run under Michael Carrick with Ipswich the visitors to Old Trafford a week after the trip to Humberside.
Things do get more difficult after that with a trip to Everton and the season’s first Manchester derby on September 12.
Iraola’s first game at Anfield will be the meeting with Forest on August 29.
