Tottenham face Liverpool this evening in another blockbuster Premier League clash.

The Lilywhites’ home record has been a sore sight for fans this season, although Liverpool have not fared much better.

Only four points separate the two sides in the standings, and this fixture always produces fireworks.

Defenders Destiny Udogie and Kota Takai (both hamstring) and centre-back Radu Dragusin (knee) remain out for Tottenham, as do midfielders James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski (both knee) and forward Dominic Solanke (ankle).

Pape Matar Sarr has joined Senegal on AFCON duty, while Yves Bissouma is part of Mali’s squad.

Tottenham’s lone change from the starting XI beaten at Nottingham Forest sees Lucas Bergvall come in for Richarlison.

Joe Gomez and forward Jayden Danns will be out until January with hamstring problems. Centre-back Giovanni Leoni has a long-term knee injury. Conor Bradley comes in for Gomez in the only Liverpool change from the win over Brighton and Hove Albion last week.
