Manchester City fans tell Pep Guardiola what needs to change in second half of Atletico Madrid clash

Manchester City are currently locked in action with Atletico Madrid at the Wanda Metropolitano, aiming to book their place in the semi finals of the Champions League, where they would take on Real Madrid should they make it.

The Citizens headed into the game with a slender 1-0 advantage from the first leg, and have held onto that lead for the first half, while probing against an Atleti side that set up to hit on the break as they did at the Etihad eight days ago.

Pep Guardiola's side have come closest, with only last ditch efforts preventing them from doubling their aggregate lead. But, with the score at 1-0, Atletico are still very much in the tie.

And now, City fans have taken to social media to explain, from their perspective, what needs to change in the second half.

Tactical tweak?

As per the loyal Citizens, it is a tactical tweak that Guardiola must employ at the break, swapping Phil Foden and Bernardo Silva around.

The Sky Blues began the tie with Silva on the left and Foden in the middle of their front three, something that City's fans hope will change imminently.

It remains to be seen whether Guardiola agrees with the supporters and makes a change at the break.
