Barcelona sign Aguero
Due to their financial constraints, Barcelona were restricted to free transfers this past summer, and were forced to part ways with star man Lionel Messi, who has since joined Paris Saint-Germain.
One man who did come in, however, is former Manchester City star Sergio Aguero, whose contract in Manchester expired in June.

The Blaugrana’s latest addition has since been blighted by injury, which has meant that he is yet to feature for his new side amid their disappointing start to the season.
With Martin Braithwaite sidelined until after Christmas with a knee injury, Aguero’s potential return will come as a timely bonus to Ronald Koeman’s side.
Aguero off the mark for Barcelona
And the Argentine has now proven that he still knows where the back of the net is, notching for the first time in Barcelona colours since his arrival.
He played in a behind-closed-doors friendly against UE Cornella during the international break, as Aguero kicked up his recovery from injury with the aim to return after the international fixtures.

The hitman tapped into an empty net after an initial shot had been saved.
With Messi now gone, there is serious scope to help rescue Barcelona from the ninth place in which they currently find themselves in La Liga, and turn around a Champions League campaign that has seen them suffer back-to-back 3-0 defeats at the hand of Bayern Munich and Benfica.
Could Aguero be the man to help the Catalans back towards the top of La Liga, where they belong?
