A trio of Premier League clubs are expressing an interest in the services of Stade Rennais manager Bruno Genesio, according to reports.
The outfits in question? Tottenham Hotspur, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Everton.
The info comes by way of RMC Sport, who point towards the fine season being overseen by Genesio at Roazhon Park as beginning to pique attentions across the continent.
Rennes currently sit 3rd in the Ligue 1 table, just a point adrift of Marseille in 2nd, with Champions League football a genuine target ahead of the 2022/23 campaign.
Alongside all of Spurs, Everton and Wolves, meanwhile, Valencia, Real Sociedad and Al-Hilal are, in turn, too understood to be keeping a close eye on Genesio's situation.
Genesio to England?
Just how realistic, though, is the prospect of Genesio actually making his way to one of the aforementioned trio of Premier League clubs this summer?
In reality, not very.
Those in a position of power at Tottenham are no doubt preparing to do their utmost to convince Antonio Conte that his future lies in north London, amid the Italian's positive stint with the club thus far.
Everton, meanwhile, despite remaining in the thick of an alarming battle against relegation, opted for a change in manager less than two months ago, when the Blues penned Frank Lampard to a two-and-a-half year deal at Goodison Park.
Finally, Wolves are in the midst of a campaign which has seen the Midlands-based outfit defy the odds under the watch of Bruno Lage, too unlikely to be eyeing a change on the bench any time soon as a result.
