Premier League preview: Tottenham vs Bournemouth

Having won back to back fixtures for the first time since April, Spurs will be content with their start to life under Mourinho.

The Portuguese head coach has brought a bounce back to the club following the difficult period which saw Pochettino sacked.

Along with the long-term changes the club will be hoping Mourinho can put in place, with a shift in mentality, he still has a few instant improvements.

Despite the two wins, issues remain with a lack of confidence and defensive frailties are still evident.

Given the state he found the club in when he arrived, Mourinho will be given somewhat of a free pass this term, but Spurs will be hopeful he and his coaching staff can make the changes now to find a way back to the top four.
