Tottenham Hotspur FC have the chance to reach the Champions League knockout stages with a win on Wednesday.
Spurs host Sporting CP in a crucial game in a very congested Group D.
Antonio Conte’s side sit top of the group but just three points separate the four clubs so winning will be a must.

Tottenham will once again be without Richarlison who has suffered a calf injury.
At the time, the worst was feared for the Brazilian but the injury does not appear to be serious.
Dejan Kulusevski

Dejan Kulusveski also remains sidelined for Wednesday’s match.
Having both forwards missing is a big blow for Spurs as Conte has limited options off the bench.
The Swede’s return date is currently unknown although it is now looking likely that he’ll be back after the World Cup.
He had returned to training, however, he suffered a setback in his recovery.
Cristian Romero

Cristian Romero missed the weekend’s defeat to Newcastle as a precaution.
The defender had been struggling with a calf injury.
Given how important he is for Argentina, he is unlikely to take any risks that would hamper his World Cup hopes.
Conte revealed that he is due to be assessed ahead of the match before a decision is made.
Pierre-Emile Højbjerg

The Dane will also be assessed before a final decision is made on his availability.
