Tottenham team news & predicted line-up vs Crystal Palace

In this piece, we take a look at the latest Tottenham team news ahead of their upcoming Premier League clash with Crystal Palace.

This feels like a decisive moment for Antonio Conte at Tottenham with his team struggling and the January transfer window open.

Tottenham need to back their manager in the market or make the decision to find a new manager.

Spurs were beaten 2-0 at home by Aston Villa on Tuesday and have now fallen outside the top four.

Spurs’ struggles have not been helped by injuries to key players and here’s the latest on them...

Predicted Tottenham line-up vs Crystal Palace

Dejan Kulusevski

Antonio Conte has confirmed that Dejan Kulusevski is a doubt to face Crystal Palace.

“Kulusevski is not a serious injury but you know we need to monitor it day by day and tomorrow and then we take the best decision.”

The Swede missed the defeat against Aston Villa with a muscle injury.

Kulusveski is a hugely important player for Tottenham, with the team yet to lose in 8 this season when he has started.

In the eight matches that he hasn’t, Spurs have lost four times.

Rodrigo Bentancur

Conte has also revealed that Rodrigo Bentancur will miss the trip to Selhurst Park, but the club are hopeful he will be back for the next league game against Arsenal.

“About Rodrigo Bentancur, he has started to work. He’s still not ready and also for the FA Cup game but we hope to have him back for the next Premier League game.”

Bentancur suffered a groin injury at the World Cup and has struggled to make a full recovery from the issue.

Richarlison

Richarlison also returned from the World Cup injured.

The Brazilian is out with a hamstring injury.

Conte admitted that he is unsure when the 25-year-old will be back.

“About Richarlison we have to see and check the situation and for sure in the future he will have another MRI to understand very well his situation.”

Yves Bissouma

Yves Bissouma’s tough start to life at Tottenham continues as he picked up a suspension against Aston Villa.

The midfielder received his fifth booking of the season and will miss the game on Wednesday.

Oliver Skipp is expected to replace him with Bentancur also out.

Lucas Moura

Lucas Moura has had a miserable season plagued by injury.

The Brazilian is still out with a calf injury.

He has made just 11 appearances this campaign.
