Thiago Silva’s wife calls out Chelsea fans after Man City defeat

The latest social media activity on the part of the wife of Chelsea star Thiago Silva has piqued widespread attention.

Chelsea, of course, were back in action on Thursday night.

After stuttering to a point in a meeting with relegation-battling Nottingham Forest in their prior outing, the Blues were tasked with a daunting showdown with Premier League champions Manchester City in their quest to return to winning ways.

When all was said and done, though, Graham Potter’s troops, once again, failed to deliver.

Owing to a solitary strike from Riyad Mahrez just beyond the hour mark, it was visitors City who ultimately emerged from Stamford Bridge with all three points.

One individual on the Chelsea side of things left disappointed by not only developments on the pitch last night, but those in the stands, too, though, comes in the form of Belle Silva.

As alluded to above, taking to social media in the game’s aftermath, the wife of Chelsea’s defensive stalwart was not shy in making clear her frustrations with large sections of the Blues faithful.

Accompanied by footage of her in attendance at the clash, Silva unveiled the caption:

‘Don’t come to Stamford Bridge if you’re not singing. COME ON CHELSEA !!!’
