Arsenal v Tottenham!
The north London derby is nearly upon us and the hype train is in full swing.
Arsenal host Tottenham on Saturday lunchtime and fans of both sides will be nervous for what is always a massive fixture.
This time, much of the hype surrounds Tottenham.
After finishing last season above Arsenal, for the first time in 22 years, Spurs are now the side on the up in north London.
Whether Arsenal are truly finished seems hugely unlikely and Tottenham fans must be worried that many of the pundits are tipping Mauricio Pochettino’s side for the win.
Arsenal v Spurs: Who has the better attacking trio?
It seems foolish to rule out Arsenal against Tottenham as the Gunners are expected to line up with the “MLS”.
Mesut Ozil, Alexandre Lacazette and Alexis Sanchez is a strike trio that may only be around for another month and a half, yet it is one that can win any game.
As the statistics prove on the graphics below, whilst Tottenham probably have the edge in this department, the Arsenal stars can surely win this or any other game.
Will King Christian have a say?
The undoubted hero of the international break was Denmark’s Christian Eriksen.
Hailed in his homeland as “King Christian”, Eriksen produced the performance of his career in Dublin on Tuesday night.
Will this help or hinder Eriksen in the north London derby.
Whilst Dele Alli and Harry Kane have been rested. Alexandre Lacazette (with two goals for France) and Mesut Ozil for Germany have again showed their quality.
