Southampton & Leicester
The games keep coming thick and fast for Liverpool and Chelsea.
After the UEFA Super Cup on Wednesday night, the Premier League is back in focus this weekend.
On Saturday, Liverpool head to the south coast to take on Southampton.
As for Chelsea, they are set to face Leicester at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Jurgen Klopp reveals what Frank Lampard said
After Liverpool beat Chelsea in the UEFA Super Cup on Wednesday, Jurgen Klopp revealed what Frank Lampard said to him before the start of extra time:
We play on Saturday again, we have to find a way to be ready for that game.
After 90 minutes, I think, when it was close to the final whistle, Frank Lampard asked me: ‘Where do you play and when do you play [at the weekend]?’
And I said ‘Southampton on Saturday – congratulations!’
Nobody wanted extra-time tonight, they play Leicester at home on Sunday but they played last Sunday so there was no advantage tonight but for the next game for both it will be pretty tough.
But we have to be ready again and that’s my present to the players to help them recover so that they are ready for the game.

Injury news after the Super Cup
In good news for both Liverpool and Chelsea, there were no reports of any fresh injury issues following the Super Cup.
Indeed, Chelsea could be further boosted against Leicester this weekend as some key players return.
Both Willian and Antonio Rugider were unused subs against Liverpool. Could they return against the Foxes?
As for Liverpool, fans will doubt whether Naby Keita will be involved in the weekend’s match at Southampton.
Keita missed the Chelsea match with a hip injury sustained in training.
