Former Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet has taken to social media on Sunday, to send a message to one-time Reds teammate Caoimhin Kelleher.
For those not aware, Mignolet and Kelleher went head-to-head yesterday evening.
In an international friendly showdown, the Republic of Ireland played host to world no.1 Belgium at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin.
And, when all was said and done, Stephen Kenny's hosts emerged with a credible 2-2 draw, as goals from Chiedozie Ogbene and Alan Browne cancelled out Belgian efforts on the part of Michy Batshuayi and Hans Vanaken.
Kelleher and Mignolet, for their respective parts, played all 90 minutes in the Irish capital, in the absence of first-choice options Gavin Bazunu and Thibaut Courtois.
And, as alluded to above, after the ex-Liverpool teammates came together for an embrace post-match, Mignolet took to his official social media platforms, to send a message to Kelleher:
Diaz on target
Turning attentions towards those of a more attacking persuasion in Jurgen Klopp's squad, another Liverpool star of course enjoyed an altogether fruitful opening to his latest endeavours on the international front this week, too.
After being afforded a start in Colombia's World cup qualifying showdown with Bolivia, Luis Diaz, a January arrival at Anfield, set his country on their way to a 3-0 triumph, courtesy of a wonderful individual goal:
